A new chapter dawns for our iconic Art Deco restaurant, as we welcome executive chef Jean Imbert. Through his vision, diners discover the perfect model of a classic Parisian brasserie.
A Parisian institution
Since its grand opening on December 30, 1936, Le Relais Plaza has been the ‘it place’ of Paris. You can just imagine the parties, the room filled with fashion designers and musicians of the era, who couldn’t resist a turn at the grand piano. Today, it remains the ultimate avenue Montaigne address.

Jean Imbert unearths ancient recipes – some 250 years old – to celebrate France’s rich culinary heritage. He presents a playful ode to heritage cuisine, one that crosses trends and centuries while remaining deeply modern.
